Stayed here night before cruise. Ample parking. Checked in with Robert in less than 5 minutes. King suite was very nice (comfortable bed, hot nice shower). Breakfast was better than most hotels breakfast. Location had restaurants, shopping, and retail opportunities. Robert’s and Emily’s personalities sealed it as a 5 star experience.

We had a late flight arrival on Friday January 12, 2024, and the front desk people could not have been more helpful. I was told by our car rental company that the counter would close at 11 PM (Hertz). Our flight came in at 11:30. I called in advance and spoke with Robert, who told me to call when we landed. We called when we got off the plane, then I found that the rental counter was open. He told me they were on the way, but would make sure we got our car. In the morning the internet was not working, and he stopped what he was doing to resolve the issue. The free breakfast was very good, and the woman who did all the work did a great job (I went back with a tip). It was very refreshing to have such friendly and attentive people helping us. The room was very nice, the fitness center was nice, I would stay here again anytime.

Noisy at the beginning with kids running up and down the halls, but quieted down around 10:30. I couldn't hear the fireworks, which is why I went there. The front desk was fantastic! They were very welcoming, which is important at any establishment.

The "room service " wasn't what I believed. It was just Uber Eats charging double the cost. This needs to be explained upfront. I would have used Uber Eats myself and saved me 70 dollars. Breakfast ends WAY too early! Very disappointed! Negative: ""

The ladies at the front desk were friendly upon my check in. I reserved a double bed suite and it was surprisingly very spacious! Room looked clean and Beds felt okay. Breakfast was decent. They served eggs, Kielbasa, biscuits and gravy, with a few kinds of cereal, and pastries, coffee and juice. I loved the Kielbasa! My only issue was there was a musty smell in the room, like something got wet and didn't dry properly. The smell lingered our whole stay so that was a turn off. Other than that, our stay was great and we will most likely stay again the next time we're in the area.

This place was honestly very gross. It is in a desperate need of a deep deep clean throughout the whole hotel. I am typically not too picky but this place had me very discusted. Would not recommend. Also if you book this through Go Port transportation services, know that they were extremely late and caused my family to almost miss their cruise.
